The United States Women's Basketball Team is heading to another Olympic semifinal. This time, they will either face France or Canada in the semis of the Rio Olympics.

The women reached the semifinals with a 110-64 dominant win over Japan on Tuesday evening. Diana Taurasi continued her stellar Olympic campaign, as she and Maya Moore led Team USA in points with 19 each. Angel McCoughtry also had double digits with 13 points and with 10 points were Seimone Augustus, Sylvia Fowles, and Lindsay Whalen.

Sue Bird was the only player to not score a point for Team USA. However, Bird wasn't on the court, as she told head coach Geno Auriemma before the game that she felt something pull in her leg, and decided to sit out.

Tina Charles led Team USA with assists, nabbing five, while Brittney Griner led the team in rebounds with seven. Griner and Breanna Stewart both led the team in blocks, having three apiece.

Team USA had their trouble in shooting on the free throw line, as they only made five out of nine free throws. Taurasi missed her only free throw while Angel McCoughtry only made three out of six free throws.

Team USA will now wait to see who they face on Thursday, August 18 at 2 p.m. ET. Team USA will face the winner of tonight's France-Canada game.
